Sailing trip in Trogir
In Trogir, you can experience the Romanesque courtyard and modern interiors. There is a unique historical center of the city, Radovan's portal, art collections.
Near Trogir (in the Riviera Trogir — Seget — Ciovo) lush green vegetation, numerous islands, rocky and pebbly beaches.
There are many hotels and delicious homemade food, in particular fish dishes. Also in Trogir there are surfing, diving, parties and fishing shows, as well as concerts of classical music.
There are numerous street cafes which are an ideal place to relax and see how the locals live. Every night there are various cultural and folk events. There are no beaches within the city, but there is a port instead that lets in all kinds of vessels from ships to yachts and speedboats.
The Baotik Marina accommodates 480 ships at sea. There are also 200 places on land.
Rental yachts stand at ACI Trogir, SCT Marina Trogir, and Seget Yacht Club. The marinas are safe. The anchor holds near the town are also convenient as there, the vessels are protected from all the winds except the western ones. The old city center is located on a small island. It is connected to the mainland by a stone bridge. The city extends to the northern coast of Ciovo.
Regattas are held all year round. To take part in the most popular ones (Velika Trogirska Regata, Beneteau Rally Croatia, Carpe Diem Regatta), a yachtsman needs to book a yacht in Trogir and to register for at least six months beforehand.
