Sailing trip in Pula

The water area is closed from storm winds. Lighthouses operate on the islands and capes. Many of the dangerous shoals are marked with landmarks. The yachting infrastructure and tourism are well-developed here.

 

The best marinas are: Pula, Pomer, Veruda, Umag. In the port of Pula, there are 200 berths for yachts up to 40 meters long, a laundry service, an ATM and a currency exchange office, a gas station, and car rental are available nearby.

 

One of the main attractions of Pula is the Roman amphitheater Colosseum. It was built in the 1st century AD. This is one of the largest Colosseums in the world. It hosts the annual Istria Ethno Jazz, Film Festival, and Opera Festival.

 

You can sunbathe on the rocky pebble beaches of Pula.
