The parking system is a total ripoff!! You even have to pay for dropping off your stuff. The security guards are extremely rude, you rather feel threatened then safe in their presence.
We rented a sailing boat here. Nice marina with store, atm and clean toilets. Parking is 70 euro for a week. You can park outside in private parking place for 25 euros. We took the cheaper option. The guards at the marina parking were very unfriendly while we were unloading our stuff from the car. We had to move immediately and then carry our luggage to marina even though entrance was completely empty with enough space and we were not blocking anyone. Water is luke warm in showers and the lights keep turning off because they have motion sensors. There is a pool that is free to use but it closes at 7pm. We never sailed back in time to use the pool and it was too cold in october mornings to go for a swim.
A big, new marina near Trogir. It is a lot cheaper than the marina in Trogir. There is a shuttle-service per boat directly to the city. All the stuff there is quite new and in good shape. Parking-service is expensive and quite unfriendly.
Just returned from our week at sea. Fantastic trip!
The Marina is new and seems ok. Staff is unfriendly and in a rush, so service is not good. Also expensive. Bathrooms are clean, but smell pretty bad. Showers are not good--push-button, just a streak and temperature cold. Girls complained big time!
Taxis expensive, but Uber available at 1/3 of cost just 10 m from gate. Uber is Uber!
Parking is expensive, charging €10 for just entering. Loading zone is apparently for taxis only. The staff is nasty, expecting private cars to pay for parking just to load people. Big arguments with every driver. My argument attracted several "bouncers" to the scene. Awful experience--shows bad side of the generally very nice Croatian people.
Come prepared--don't expect perfection.
It is the best level marina in Croatia. You will pay for everything except for the air that you breath, but it is on the high european level
